Board membership of companies in Germany and abroad since 1983. Andreas Wiek became managing director in 1991 of a company which went on to employ a staff of 4,500. Since 2000 he has been chairman and leading shareholder of ART+COM AG.

After studying visual communications and film Joachim Sauter was co-founding member of ART+COM, heading its creative department. Since 1991 he has been Professor of digital media design at the University of Arts in Berlin. In 2001 he has also taken up the position of Professor of media design and art at UCLA. He exhibits internationally in museums and has received numerous awards in the area of media design and art.

After finishing her studies in German language and literature, she worked as the "right hand" of the European Managing Director of the trade magazine Business Week, coordinating the sales team as well as all events and conferences in Europe. With her move to Publicitas Germany GmbH in 1999, she continued in the publishing industry, and as Vice Director, she orchestrated a successful restructuring of the company. From 2002, she worked in Zurich for the PubliGroupe as Head of Media Partner Relations, managing relations with media owners in Switzerland and worldwide. Since 2009, she is responsible for business development at ART+COM.

He studied Business and Communication Studies in Vienna and Berlin (University of the Arts). After graduating as Bachelor of Communications, he held several positions in advertising and design agencies. From 1994 he was instrumental in building up Triad Berlin and making it a success. Since 2002, he has been manager at ART+COM in the area of communication, marketing and business development. He became COO in 2005. In Summer 2009 Sebastian Peichl founded the subsidiary WUNDERBLOCK Communication and is engaged in consultancy capacity for ART+COM since then.

Pavel Mayer has worked for ART+COM since 1990 and is in charge of the research and development department. As an expert in multimedia real time systems he spearheaded numerous projects in the motor industry, the aviation and space sector, medicine, the media and the entertainment industry. Pavel Mayer is co-founder of other technology companies and the holder of several patents. He is not only a member of ART+COM’s board of directors but is also actively involved in the projects themselves.
