"Which Brand?“ - Continental (2006)

For the Conti Tire Technology Walk in Hannover, ART+COM has designed a multi-user installation. Asking “Which Brand?”, visitors can interactively explore and guess at the different vehicles using Continental tires.

Once the visitor has started the animation by touching the interactive table surface and activated the game, tires will role over the surface. Choosing a tire starts the first challenge of the game: The outline of a car is drawn around the Continental product. The player now has to guess at the brand. As a second step, he can also give a tip on the type of car. In order to make the challenges more easily solvable, five choices are offered. However, only limited time is allocated to the player – when the car’s outline has been finished, the choice has to be made. Every game has several rounds, where a number of players can compete with each other. The game is accompanied by a thematic audio composition, topping the installation off with sumptuous driving noises.

The Conti Tire Technology Walk is mainly addressed to Continental distribution personnel. Further usages in trade fair performances and events are planned.
