The Foundation for Prussian Cultural Property invited tenders from companies across Germany and selected the ART+COM proposal from a field of 47 contenders.
Preliminary moves are being made to promote the "Museum Island" master plan. They aim to illustrate, for as broad a public as possible, the measures being taken to reorganise the Island‘s museums.
To this end the website (www.museumsinsel-berlin.de) is being enlarged to include a sophisticated 3D model and an information system for the foyer areas of the respective museums.
