ART+COM takes the subject of data privacy very seriously and protects its data stock as stipulated by law. In general, no personal data are stored when users visit our website. Personal data are your personal details and include, for instance, your name, your email address, your home address, and other facts that can identify you as a person.
We utilise the web service Google Analytics to record and evaluate visitor statistics. IP addresses are anonymised, and Google is not permitted to utilise the recorded data for any other purpose.
HOW DATA ARE RECORDED and USED
Google Analytics uses so called cookies. These are text files that are stored on your computer as an aid to analyse how you use the ART+COM website. This analysis extends, for instance, to the pages you have visited on our website and where you accessed these pages from. This information generated by the cookie is transferred to Google servers where it is processed, including your abbreviated and therefore anonymised IP address to prevent a direct reference to a person.
